A few weekends ago, we headed down south to Plano to see my friend Erin, celebrate my birthday, and have the famous (to us at least) Tom Slott photograph Saylor. We had a great time, ate great food (Thanks Karen), and Mas and I got to have a little date night at one of our faves, Texas de Brazil while Erin watched Saylor.
